Born in Quebec, Canada, in 1979. Director and screenwriter, she made documentaries including "Les Mains du Monde" (2004), "Le Petits Géants" (2009), with Émile Proulx Cloutier, "Se Souvenir des Cendres - Regards sur Incendies" (2010), a documentary about the refugees who worked on Denis Villeneuve’s feature film "Incendies" (2010), and "Le Plancher des Vaches" (2015). She made the fictional feature films "Le Ring" (2007) and "Inch’allah" (2012), winner of the Critic’s Prize and special mention of the Ecumenical Jury at the Panorama section at the Berlin International Film Festival, and was also presented at the 37th Mostra.
