Rage (1963)
Sobre o filme
“Rage is a controversial and ideological essay on events in the last ten years. The documents were taken from telenews items and short films and assembled in such a way as to follow a chronological-ideal line, the significance of which is an act of indignation against the unreality of the bourgeois world and consequent historical irresponsibility”, says Pier Paolo Pasolini. Rage is a film, an essay, where the Italian director takes a stand that is more than ever against the bourgeois world, against intolerance, prejudice, banality, power. The film consists of two parts: the first directed by Pasolini himself and the second by Giovannino Guareschi.
