Violent Summer (1959)
Sobre o filme
In 1943, in the midst of the Second World War, young Italian boys, rich and idle, spend days at the seashore enlivened by passing, inconsequential romances. Bourgeois and urban, they are little concerned with the direction the fascist politics of Benito Mussolini imposes on the country. The film takes place in Rimini, one of Zurlini’s favorite settings and, as cast, includes Jean-Louis Trintignant, Eleonora Rossi Drago, and Jacqueline Sassard.
