Monogamy has always existed more in theory than in practice. Were the embarrassment, the sadness, the feeling of having been cheated not enough, adultery is blunted with guilt when seen within the context of reproval contained in the seventh commandment: “Thou shalt not commit adultery”. The documentary includes two stories. In the first, we see the consequences suffered by Carla who, at the age of eight, discovered her mother had a lover. In the next story, Shai is the one to suffer. He is in the Israeli army and discovers that his wife betrayed him. Disconcerted, he abandons family and job. The situation has caused him such an impact that his life undergoes a radical change. Shai becomes a gigolo.
