In 1914, Carlos Gracie learned the secrets of Jiu-Jitsu. Together with his brothers, he created free-for-all competitions (Vale Tudo) and built an army of warriors. The beliefs and values of this martial art, as well as the philosophy of life and combat of the athletes, are revealed by interviews with three generations of the Gracie family. In addition to photos and old videos, the movie shows testimonials of Jiu-Jitsu fighters and experts in the industry.
