A musical documentary on Afro-Brazilian culture whose narrative structure is translated in a game of búzios, divining by shells, in which the female protagonist arrives there drawn by the "call of the drum", in search of self-knowledge. Traveling the road for percussion, in Pernambuco, Bahia, and Rio de Janeiro, the protagonist is introduced to different rhythms, musical and choreographic groups, searching for and finding her integration in Brazilian society. The Brazilian pieces of music are edited in counterpoint to pieces of music filmed in Angola where Queen Nzinga lived and ruled in the seventeenth century as a warrior queen whose name was given to the protagonist of the film. Veteran actress Léa Garcia is also present at the 30th Mostra with the film Remission.
