Melissa is a beautiful, shy teenager of 16. Her father is forever away, travelling and her mother, even if she is at home, is mostly absent. The person most present in Melissa?s life is her grandmother, Elvira. At school, Melissa has, now, for over a year, nurtured a passion that is altogether platonic for Daniele, a boy who has never paid her the slightest attention. At a party, however, Melissa has her first sexual experience with Daniele. Although she is with the boy she believes she is in love with, the experience proves brutal and humiliating.
