The film portrays the evolution process of the New York punk scenario during the last decades, by interviewing important artists of the punk scenario during the 70’s and 80’s, and having the testimonies of the new generation. The film is a kind of time warp of the punk movement, which has always been distinguished for its aggressive and destructive criticism against everything that has anteceded it. Several musicians contemplate the punk music subversively, and with repugnance to any kind of real truth. Among the idols who presents their individual contemplations are Sonic Youth, Arto Lindsay, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Lydia Lunch, Black Dice, Liars, Suicide, and others. A compilation-allusion of a movement that defies its members to keep themselves loyal to the process.
