Sobre o filme
Guy, a hockey player, star of the Maroons from Winnipeg, knocks his head and looses his memory. Meanwhile, his girlfriend makes an abortion, performed by Dr. Fusi in a clandestine practice concealed as beauty parlor, owned by Liliom. The daughter of the owner, Meta, wants to avenge herself of the mother and the boyfriend for the mysterious murder of her father. Cowards Bend the Knee was exhibited as installation in an art gallery during the Rotterdam Festival, in 2003, and two months later at the contemporaneous art gallery Power Plant, in Toronto, where the public could watch the film through ten small holes, each one of them, revealing only six minutes of the film.
