In the middle of Gobi desert, Mongolia, Spring has started and the female camels are excited, because the time to give birth is getting closer. A family of nomad shepherds help the herd during the birth. The mother camel Ingen Temee has an extremely difficult delivery but, with the help of the shepherds, a very rare white camel is born. But, despite all the efforts, the mother rejects the baby, refusing to give him her milk and her love, which makes the baby cry desolately. Trying to avoid the baby camel to die, the family decides to send Dude and his youngest brother, Ugna to the city. But they are not going after medicine or food, but to call a local musician. They believe that if he plays a melody to mother camel, she will surrender herself.
