C.R.A.Z.Y. (2005)

Sobre o filme

Zachary Beaulieu was born on Xmas Day, 1960, the fourth son of a traditional family of five brothers. He is gay, but grew up denying his homosexuality to please his father and endeavors, at all costs, to fit into the role of a normal son. Zac tells his story of life with his brothers, father, and a sweet mother, and on, through the rebel years - to the sound of Pink Floyd and the Rolling Stones - until he experiences a mystical adventure in Jerusalem during which he encounters his true self. But then he is up against the most difficult moment in his life: how to face up to his father and assume his condition. This is a mystical fable about a type of modern Christ that drives deep into the beauty, poetry, and madness of the human spirit in all of its contradictions. The classic song "Space Oddity", by David Bowie, is part of the plot and is also sung in the film by actor Marc-André Grondin.
