A naked woman runs from the pigeons inside her apartment. To the side, a forty-year-old man and his tattooed girl, having nothing better to do, drink perfume. In the market a little boy tries to buy aspirins, but the employee only gives him gums. A grotesque writer decides that an old pacific man who is just walking down the street must be the editor of a book about the 193 simian species already discovered in the planet. In an Evangelic party, no one pays attention to God, but to the singing teacher of the debutante. It’ just one normal day in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, but this time in a long one shot-sequence. The script is an adaptation from Paulo Scott’ homonymous book.
